    Très mauvais service..... Ils m'ont fait monter à rouyn pour rien, j'ai acheter une table de cuisine après 3 mois j'avais rien recu.... Puis il m'ont livré mon divan flambant neuf à 2000$ tout déchiré .... pas fort!!

    Terrible customer service and insanely over priced items. We purchased a washer and dryer out from becuse of convenience of the location and it broke down after 2 weeks. Tried to get it fixed under warranty we closed the location they told us to call Samsung. Samsung told us there are not service stations in val-d’or Amos. Stuck with a brand new broken dryer. I tried to get help from the manger but was not returning any calls. I will be filing my complaint to consumer protection.
