    Arrivés 4 heures en retard sans prévenir avec un gars de moins que prévu et un camion trop petit. Le second camion envoyé en renfort était en panne donc avançait au ralenti (nous payons à l'heure).

    Sofa griffé : sont venu le chercher un mois plus tard pour le faire réparer (on a payé la garantie). Là, ça fait un mois qu'on est sans sofa.

    Les nouvelles ne viennent jamais de chez eux : on doit sans cesse les appeler pour savoir ce qu'il en est. Ils disent qu'ils vont nous rappeler.. mais non.
